Principle 3:  The Government commits to massive efforts to control any and all opposition by either starting it or infiltrating any that already exists.  This is done by infiltrating and taking over any existing opposition that emerges or by setting up and controlling new opposition before it can occur naturally.  So you have the Ku Klux Klan being supported and populated by a near majority of undercover agent provocateurs.  And the same goes for the neo Nazi group, Elohim City, and some militia groups.  Certainly this was done with the Black Panthers and the Weather Underground during the Vietnam War.  Sometimes this principle results in the super-elites in government allowing and even approving of the emergence of patriotic anti-corruption private researchers who work hard to expose and publicize this government corruption, which is now endemic at all levels.  In some cases these “worthy opponents” are left alone or even given “leaked” documents to help them attain prominence.  In this way, the ruling super-elites at the highest echelons provide entertainment for themselves, all the while enjoying a good contest or battle as a sport that they believe they will win due to their full-spectrum superiority.  Lower level elites and cutouts that do their dirty work are not always so convinced and fear the peasants with the pitchforks, if the masses become too informed.  The super-elite big boys at the top have no such fears and relish the contest, just like the Greeks loved their Olympic sporting events.  And if they succeed in their planned complete one world takeover (New World Order, Order of the Ages, or NWO), they plan on disposing of these cutouts and lower level bureaucrats in operations like the “Night of the Long Knives” (Operation Hummingbird) and the Stalin and Mao [Hatonn:  This is important, dear ones; Stalin was the Soviet Khazar in Russia, and Mao of the communist Chinese; BOTH are Jewish creations!  Over 100 Million Christians were executed in Russia alone!  This is what the Jews are planning for the United States.  That is why Israel is so bent on war with ANYBODY!  I also repeat:  There was no “Jewish Holocaust”!  350,000 German POWs and innocent civilians, including JUDEAN HEBREWS (followers of Judah or from the Tribe of Judah), were killed.  The murderers (Ashkenazi Jews of Khazar/Turk lineage) made up the 6-14 million number—and then claimed to be the victims.  They called themselves “Jews” so you would confuse them with Judeans.  Get it?] purges (which murdered about 60 million humans), and during their planned world-wide eugenics plan to reduce the world’s population by up to 80%.  One part of their plan may be to foment mass civil wars all over the world, including the US and Europe, to break down the existing order and help reduce the population before they begin the serious eugenics programs worldwide.

Principle 4:  The Government invokes “national security” as a false cover for every type of government crime, misfeasance, malfeasance, and mischief.  This too frequent claim—that it is necessary to impose secrecy and make any matter “off limits” in order to preserve the security of the nation—is “the big lie”, and at present there is no direct means to appeal any such actions.  Even the President of the United States does not have the top security clearance required for access to the highest secrets of the Shadow Government.  This practice is nothing short of mob-style thuggery, the stuff of tyrants, including the Lenin, Hitler, Stalin, Mao, and the Nazi-style dictators of petty banana republics in the western hemisphere.  And yet the public has been conditioned to accept this.  And there have been numerous upstanding, honest citizen witnesses who talked anyway that were convicted and jailed on trumped up charges, murdered and labeled a suicide, or “disappeared” South American death-squad style.

The super-elites at the upper echelons of government hold the belief that, if their most closely guarded secrets were shared with the sheeple, society would collapse because the sheeple could not handle the truth.  This is a gross rationalization and always has been.  The fact of the matter is that, if the sheeple ever rose up and became “we the people” of the US Constitution once again, the extreme criminal acts of the super-elite government controllers would be fully exposed and they would be brought to justice one way or another by the citizens, even if they resorted to “pitchforks”.

The invocation of the false cloak of national security is used by government to stifle all serious investigation of government crimes and wrongdoings.  This one practice alone has allowed the government to operate as a criminal state with no oversight, and this practice must be changed if rule of law can ever be established again.  Is there ever a need for keeping state secrets?  Only rarely is such justified, such as for government passkey codes for tax receipt bank accounts and launch codes for nuclear weapons, and that is about it.  As Professor Marshall McCluhen once stated, national security is needed only for the small secrets; the big ones are protected by the public’s incredulity.  What would normally be a serious criminal act is defined as necessary in order to protect the nation’s security, and this big lie is used as a rationalization to have special ops commit murder at the government’s direction, labeling it as protecting national security and therefore not a crime, but a necessary act of state.  Often these murders are reported as suicide, due to the power that Intel has to control investigations and major mass media.

Principle 5:  The Government allows some of the sheeple to discover and “believe” that it commits horrible covert crimes at times, but it prevents this documentation from getting into the major mass media as complete confirmation so that the sheeple can never “know” this for sure, which creates mass cognitive dissonance in the sheeple and causes them to go away in “quiet desperation”.  This means that typically, even if some members of the public discover that the government has or is committing horrendous crimes, unless it was reported in the major mass media most sheeple would never be capable of fitting it into their heads because these crimes are so horrible they seem incredible.

The government allows some of the sheeple who sometimes discover and believe that it does these horrendous criminal acts, like murdering one of their own presidents or staging major terror events, but it never lets most of [the] sheeple “know” it for sure because the major mass media are [an] extension of the super-elites that run the government and they will always support this practice.  Thus the government purposely generates a state of mass cognitive dissonance in the sheeple which causes them to go away in “quiet desperation”, thereby rendering them ineffective in getting involved in correcting the abuses of government.  And the government and the major mass media specialize in using casuistry, sophistry, and speciousness in their propaganda to keep the sheeple convinced of their “official version” of the truth in most major news matters.  And this isn’t usually too difficult because deep down inside, when push comes to shove, most folks know that to reject the social reality imposed by the “system” carries a multitude of various kinds of sanctions such as denied opportunities, rejection from others in the community, and the like.  The sheeple are motivated to accept the ruling super-elites’ defined reality of the “king’s new clothes” because there is substantial motivation to do so such as avoiding sanctions, rejection, and loss that can come with such a rejection.  It is usually in their interest to do so, even though long term it will likely take the nation into complete tyranny, destroy the middle class and unions, and bring in two tiered oligarchy, based on upper class ruling super-elites and serfs.

Principle 6:  The Government provides inducements for the sheeple to play the game “the king’s new clothes” and sanctions for refusing to play it, thereby fostering a cognitive split between an artificial socially constructed reality necessary to climb the king’s food chain and what is actually occurring.  Eventually this fantasyland “faux reality” takes on the characteristics of a “true reality” due to mass concurrence alone.

That is why many researchers now expect the US Government to once again institute another or more major 9/11 type false-flag attacks this year because the US economy is still failing.  And some researchers have pointed out that the August 30, 2007 incident with the nuke warheads of advanced cruise missiles fitted to a B52 [Hatonn:  A “B-52” is a bomber used in Vietnam and later; it can be outfitted with internal storage “magazines” of cruise missiles.  These “fire-and-forget” weapons systems can also deliver nuclear ordnances to their target!] and illegally transported from Minot, ND, to Barksdale AFB [Air Force Base] in Louisiana.  Allegedly, six of the AF military whistle blowers were murdered by intel as a part of a cover-up.  Is one of these warheads missing and now perhaps under control of the US military and “off the books”?  Could the US military use this to institute the mother of all false-flag attacks upon a major US city this year?  God forbid, but these people have a very bad track record and the economy is not improving substantially.  So, expect anything.  It just could happen.

Big government operates according to several important principles:

Principle 1.  The Government gets into the big business of providing so-called large solutions to the very large seemingly-unresolvable mass social problems that they covertly created.  In the rural Gemeinschaft type society, with its singular moral codes which were directly enforced, justice was immediately administered and an individual’s trouble was everyone’s trouble.  As urbanization occurred, the Gesellschaft type society emerged, and this has been characterized by industrialization, mass production, and delayed, indirect remunerative justice and a heterogeneous society.  In the Gesellschaft type society there is a different economic model operating where many new businesses arise from providing solutions to other people’s trouble.  In this type of society, trouble becomes business, and in many cases big business, with health insurance and other types of insurance examples of this.

The super-elitists running the government realized that they can increase the size of government by using the government’s power to create societal problems so large that only the government has the means to solve them.  Thus the government debarked on a new line of action where their first priority was creating large, seemingly insoluble problems which only could be solved with the passing of new laws giving the government more money and authority.  So we have the government creating the “war on poverty”, the “war on drugs”, and the “war on terror”, each of which occurred as a result of the government instituting covert programs to create more poverty, to bring in drugs to ruin communities, and to institute false-flag terror attacks.

Principle 2:  The Government specializes in massive efforts to Provoke and Punish. One of the main tasks the US government has focused on since WW2 [World War II] has been to provoke the public to break any existing laws and then punishing those who do so.  Typically this is accomplished by using entrapments and by controlling the providing of illegal vices for consumption by the public, then arresting those consumers of such vices.  The law breakers then are “dirtied up” or compromised, and deals can be made to entice them to do undercover work, to serve as informants, or to plea bargain a lesser offense.  When this is done in mass, with many victimless crimes or crimes caused by the government’s importation and distribution of illegal drugs, huge numbers of citizens can be jailed, which has helped create a huge privatized corporate prison business.  [H:  You’d better believe it!  How else can they lock up God’s people, while your CRIMINALS TO SOCIETY AND STATE (NATION) GO FREE!?!]

The Government realized soon after the end of WW2 that it is much easier to violate the US Constitution and behave in illegal ways when the populace has been “dirtied up” in this fashion.  So the result has been that, instead of working to help citizens improve themselves and become good citizens who follow the rule of law and live by the US Constitution, one of the government’s main goals has been to provoke the populace to violate the laws by making the temptations illegal and then providing them.  This is actually a horrendous perversion of the “trick or treat” practice which typically occurs on Halloween when kids go to their neighbors to get a treat, with the symbolic threat that, if no treat, they will do a trick on the neighbor such as throwing toilet paper into his trees, etc.  Trick or Treat to the government, however, is the practice of “providing the illegal treat”  followed by also providing a government “trick”, i.e., arrest!

Originally, scholars had free access to the state of the art knowledge of the time.  However, beginning around the 1940’s, knowledge was gradually split into two streams.  Total knowledge was restricted and reserved for the elite members of the ruling class.

General knowledge, which was a modified and censored version of total knowledge, was made available to the remainder of the population.  As new discoveries were made, they were screened to determine whether they would be allowed to be known by the general population, or whether they would be reserved only for use by the elite.

As time passed, more and more new discoveries were considered to be reserved for the elite and fewer were allowed to enter the stream of general knowledge available to the masses.  Today, when science students reach the graduate level, many find that they need a top secret or “Q” clearance just to get access to basic information they need to successfully continue their studies.

In physics, for example, you could easily spend years memorizing math equations only to be told that there are “uncertainties” and a comprehensive understanding is “impossible”.  However, if you could get your hands on a top secret physics book, you would notice that all these classic "uncertainties" had been resolved and you would find chapters dealing with temporal science, antigravity technology, and faster than light propulsion.

Even seemingly innocuous sciences are subject to secrecy.  Theatrical people such as actors, makeup artists, and special effects experts are often recruited to facilitate sophisticated “psyop” operations designed to manipulate public opinion, trick enemies, or program select populations.  Anyone recruited for such endeavors would need to agree to keep the knowledge of their activities secret.

Conventional and Top Secret Medicine

There is a fundamental difference between conventional and top secret medicine.  People with access to top secret medicine include those who live physically forever and stay in perfect health.  People who use conventional medicine have limited life spans, suffer needlessly from diseases because the cures are classified, and suffer from illnesses deliberately caused to boost the profits of the conventional medical and pharmaceutical industries.

Also, in countries without socialized medicine such as the United States, there is the issue of cost.  Top secret medicine is free.  It is an entitlement for the chosen elite.  Conventional medicine, which is guarantee of certain death, however, must be paid for.

The community of the world elite live in a socialized environment.  A perfect life is considered a right.  However, in order to guarantee this right, the general population or the slave class must toil and die to service their needs.

It should be easy to see why top secret medicine is secret.  Obviously, if the ordinary people ever realize the truth, they too would demand perfect health and indefinite life.

Who are the people who will live forever and rule this world?  Some common sense should help you identify them.  Ordinary people generally think about retirement—that quiet period at the end of their lives when they are free from whatever slave labor they have been doing.  However, if you look around, you will notice many “very well preserved” old people—mostly men—who are active and running the country and the world at an age when their “ordinary” contemporaries would be in nursing homes.  They never retire.

Why would you want to at this pace if your next step was the grave?  Most likely, you would not.  However, if you knew death would never come for you because you were a member of the super elite and would live physically forever, your behavior would be completely understandable.

Top Secret Drugs

The most popular top secret drug is the so called “health kit”.  This is a cocktail of drugs which gives the user immunity to all known diseases.  This includes man-made diseases such as AIDS.  Health kits are generally reserved for the super elite who have been granted physical immortality.  There are also many mind control drugs developed during years of CIA and military experiments.  These agents facilitate programming manchurian candidates, altering the behavior of foreign leaders and, of course, quiet and undetectable assassinations.

Here are some general categories:

1.  Military Use Agents.  Examples would include biological weapons, mind control agents, exotic poisons, implants, and electromagnetic technologies which affect life processes.

2. Enhancement Agents.  Examples would include intelligence boosting drugs [used to create child geniuses who work at the secret national labs], agents to assist remote views [H:  Again, this is the CIA’s “Stargate Jedi Knight Warrior Program”, or “Psy Corps”, under Major Ed Dames and his crew.  The military “psychic” commando is a very real thing, my friends; they just don’t want you to know about them!] [high doses of bilberry extract is reported to be in use], and “Rambo” drugs and implants used to create fearless “super solders”.

3.  Consciousness Alteration.  Examples would include mind control agents, agents to assist out of body activities, and agents used to remove blocks to the recall of previous lives.

 4.  Vaccines and Antidotes.  Examples would include all the various vaccines which keep the elite disease free, but are withheld from the general population, as well as the secret antidotes to agents used against the general population such as disease causing agents like AIDS, as well as a variety of control agents and debilitating agents added to the food supply.

Top Secret Medical Devices

Top secret medical devices include such gadgets as consciousness transference machines, aura balancing machines, and the temporal reversal machine.  These devices are generally reserved for the super elite who have been guaranteed eternal physical life.

There are many other top secret devices which are used to enhance lower level functionaries who are important, but who will not be granted physical immortality.  The largest class of such devices is implants.  Perhaps the most common are communications implants.  These are generally dental implants which allow constant undetectable two-way communication between an agent and his controllers.  The support system for this is satellite based and guarantees world-wide coverage.  Other classes of implants would include augmentation devices such as the classic “Rambo chip implant”, said to create a “super soldier”.  Implants are used on “disposable” operatives.  The super elite would want to be above such things.

Another class of secret medical devices would include “tags”.  Tags are physical or chemical agents used to mark specific people or classes of people so they can be located and tracked by surveillance satellites.  To be effective, the target must be unaware that he or she has been tagged.  Tags are often administered by doctors because people generally trust doctors, allow them close access to their bodies, and are totally unaware that tagging is possible.  [H:  If you have ever been to any public buildings, big supermarkets, banks, etc., that have those special “security cameras” with hemispherical domes on the ceiling (The ones that are hermetically sealed, and if anyone breaks the seal and tries to open it from the other side, a five or ten year prison sentence—mandatory!), they are capable of instant laser barcode “tagging”.  It is painless and holographic; this allows an ultraviolet scanner to find it on your person and transfer the information.  The “black light” is in the military frequency range and is not detectable by equipment you-the-people are allowed to have.  If you could see it, you would be covered with barcodes.  This is the Mark of the Beast from Revelation.  Remember, “on his forehead, or in his hand”, etc.?  No “buying or selling without the mark …”, and “666” and a “tally of gold”, “the number of man” being 6 because he was created on the 6th day.  This is what John The Revelator was describing, a giant all-seeing computer with many heads (screens), that fed on a number.  Computers, dear ones, “feed” on numbers, AND “THE NUMBER OF HIS NAME” IS YOUR SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER—THE NUMBER OF YOUR NAME!!  Once everyone is “online”, and that includes your money through electronic money transfer, state and federal I.D., DEBIT CARDS, newspapers, etc., etc., etc., THEN all they have to do is “pull the plug”—and you are broke!!!  You have sold or given away all your personal and national gold, the banks do not even keep enough “money” to give you a fist full of real silver dollars, Susan B. Anthony’s, or Kennedy half-dollar coins.  Now all you get are “copper slugs” on which “In God We Trust” is being erased from U.S. MINTED COINS!!!  Pay heed to our instructions for they are the only method to counter this destruction of your CONSTITUTIONAL Republic!  Which, by the way, in case some of you have forgotten, IS FOUNDED UNDER GOD!]  For example, tag detection satellites silently and secretly patrol the Mexican border.  [H:  Not just the Mexican border, YOUR ENTIRE PLANET IS MONITORED—IN VERY, VERY HIGH-RESOLUTION VISUAL, REAL-TIME IMAGING.  Satellites and your planetary electric grid system have been joined and activated (Courtesy of the Reagan-era “Star Wars” missions, with those “secret military payloads” your shuttles and rockets were taking into orbit.), and this was the true SECRET PURPOSE.  Any real defense satellites were either shot down, or blown up while taking off by the Russian Cosmosphere crafts that rule your skies AND SPACE ITSELF, as far as you ones are concerned!  Instant Banking and Human Location Finding is what the Strategic Defense Initiative—SDI or Star Wars—was all about.  Even the name of the Belgium super computer is called “The Beast”, so the Zionist plan is detailed and thoroughly integrated into Biblical prophecy!]  High profile people who are aware of tagging take precautions.  Osama Bin Laden reportedly avoided detection because his hideout had a lead roof.  [H:  The lead roof might well be true, and this is a clue as to how you ones can protect yourselves from beam weapons in your dome dwellings and fallout shelters; however, the elite conspirators knew of every move and step Bin Laden (a “Jewish” KHAZAR—not an Arab) took.  For he, too, was set up to be sacrificed in the name of Global Plan 2000.  That is why the team sent to kill him called him in their code naming, “The Pacer”.  He paced constantly because he knew his “number was up”!  Satan has no loyalty to his own people.]

Early research centered on melding traditional psychic skills with modern high technology and, wherever possible, creating inanimate devices which could duplicate the abilities of natural psychics.

One result of this research was the Aura [H:  Human energy field that surrounds and encompasses the physical body; this “light” can be seen with the physical eyes in ones who raise their vibratory frequency sufficiently enough.  The Christ, a Buddha, etc., allows the appearance of a “halo” about the head and shoulders of the saintly being to those around him/her.] Balancing Machine.  Natural psychic healers can do aura balancing.  First, of course, you have to know that the aura is there, then you have to be able to see it.  Having done this, you can now look for defects—weak spots or holes—and you must then repair whatever problems you found by appropriately channeling energy to the problem areas.  [H:  This is the basis for acupuncture and acupressure points in HOLISTIC HEALING treatments from the Far East, in the Asian world—India, ancient China, and Tibet, where “Jesus” learned a lot of his abilities.  David Copperfield also studied with these TRUE “MAGICIANS” so as to learn about levitation (flying through the air) and walking through the Great Wall of China!  Do you see why, now, that this knowledge is kept from the masses?  You cease being a slave and rely on your own God-given talents to “save” yourselves instead of waiting on some self-appointed “messiahs” to do it for you.]

As a living person, you can’t do this constantly.  However, a machine can.  So, the aura balancing machine is basically a magnetic field generator which is controlled by a computer which is programmed with a model of a “perfect” aura.  It scans the aura, detects defects, and then calculates and applies the correction forces.  The MRI machine is a spin-off of the secret research which developed the Aura Balancing Machine.
